Pelvic Floor Pop-Up 

Join us for a 40 min workout followed by coffee, community, and a Q&A with Dr. Katie

I talk to moms every day that think that pain & leaking are just a part of motherhood. But you don't have to live with these symptoms. This workout will give you the exact exercises I use (and no, its not more kegels) with my one-on-one clients to help them return to living a pain free, leak free life!

I’m

Dr. Katie!

A physical therapist with a passion for helping women through life’s most beautiful and delicate transition - becoming a mother. After starting my career with a focus on sports and orthopedic injuries, I transitioned to the meaningful work of taking care of mothers. This was inspired by a difficult postpartum recovery of my own.


My passion is serving women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. By using a whole body approach, I am able to determine the root cause of your symptoms allowing you to raise your children with strength & live your life with dignity.

Let’s talk Details

Am i going to sweat?

This isn't your typical group exercise class. The exercises we go over together will be more similar to an early phase rehab session and are  low impact in nature.

Will the Equipment be provided?

We ask that you bring your own yoga mat, but all other equipment needed for the workout will be provided.

If my kids are in school, can i still attend?

After registering, you will be sent a private link to book your play time. You must purchase both in order to complete your registration

How many people will be attending?

We have space for a maximum of 10 attendees. This will allow me to give individual cues as we work through the exercises together

What if i am Pregnant?

All of the exercises can be easily modified for pregnancy. We just ask that you have been cleared by your provider to exercise before participating in the class.
